Meals


You can place your order directly through our website at eatfyb.ca. Choose from our weekly meal plans or one-time order options. Simply select your meals, check out, and we’ll handle the rest — delivering fresh, ready-to-eat meals to your door or pick-up location across PEI and New Brunswick.

We require a minimum of four (3) products per order. This helps us reduce packaging waste and optimize delivery logistics.

You can find full macronutrient and ingredient information on each product page at eatfyb.ca and on the container lid of each meal you receive.

All meals come in compostable containers made from cane juice extract, with recyclable lids made from repurposed water bottles. They are microwave-safe and sealed for freshness.

Meals are labeled with a specific expiry date on the container lid. Meals delivered on Sunday or Monday are best consumed by the end of day Saturday. Keep meals refrigerated at 2–4°C for optimal freshness and safety.

Yes, we use moderate amounts of sodium in our recipes for flavour and balance. We avoid highly processed ingredients and never use artificial preservatives.

Absolutely. Our meals are designed to support a variety of health and fitness goals. Each meal is portion-controlled, protein-rich, and made with clean ingredients to help fuel your body and support your lifestyle.

At this time, we do not offer customizations or ingredient swaps. To keep operations efficient and reduce food waste, all meals are made as described. Vegetables may vary slightly based on seasonal availability from our suppliers.

Meals are fully cooked and just need to be reheated. We recommend microwaving for 2–3 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Heating instructions are also printed on each container.

Yes, all of our meals are made using halal-certified meat. We work only with trusted Canadian suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.

Yes, you can find our fresh, ready-to-eat meals at several retail locations across Prince Edward Island.

Good Haus in Charlottetown stocks meals weekly starting Monday at 9:00 AM.

North River Quik Mart carries meals all week long from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Riverview Country Market in Charlottetown restocks every Monday at 9:00 AM.

Iron Haven Gym in Alberton has meals available on Monday at 11:30 AM.

Iron Haven Gym in Summerside has meals available on Monday at 9:00 AM.

Quantities are limited, so we recommend visiting early for the best selection.

Many of our meals are gluten-friendly and the majority are dairy-free. However, because all meals are prepared in a shared facility, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace amounts of gluten, dairy, or other allergens. Additionally, some ingredients from our suppliers may carry traces despite being naturally free of those allergens.

All allergen information is clearly outlined on the product descriptions and printed on the container lids for your convenience and safety.

Yes! Each of our meals is designed with balanced nutrition in mind, with many meals containing 30 to 50 grams of protein. We use lean, halal-certified meats and quality whole food ingredients to help support muscle recovery, satiety, and energy.

Modifying Schedule Cut-Off Times

All orders—whether one-time or part of a weekly plan—must be placed or modified by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon Atlantic Time) for the upcoming delivery week. This includes skipping, pausing, cancelling or changing meals in your plan.

Yes, but only before the weekly cut-off: Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon Atlantic Time).

If you’re on a weekly plan, you can log into your account anytime from Friday up until the Thursday deadline to update your meal selections, skip a week, pause, or cancel. After the cut-off, all orders are considered final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our meals.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or make changes after the Thursday noon cut-off. Meals are prepared fresh and all ingredients are ordered immediately after the deadline. It is your responsibility to manage your plan weekly via your customer account.

We do not offer refunds after the cut-off time. If you cancel your plan before Thursday at noon you will not be charged. After the deadline, meals are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to receive your order, you may:

Arrange for a friend or family member to pick up or accept the delivery,

Contact us to switch to a pick up fridge if you don't plan to be back for delivery.


Provide an alternate delivery address within our delivery zones,


We recommend making these arrangements before the Thursday noon cut-off.


Request that your meals be donated to a local charity (no refund issued).

We deliver every Monday across Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.

PEI Delivery Areas: Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall, Kensington, Summerside, Miscouche, and Alberton.

NB Delivery Areas: Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, Shediac, Grande-Digue, and Cap-Pelé.

If you're located near any of these areas, we may still be able to deliver to you — just reach out to us at info@eatfyb.ca to confirm availability.

📦 Pick-Up Locations

We offer convenient self-serve fridge pick-ups across PEI for customers outside our delivery zones — or for those who simply prefer the flexibility of picking up.

Your name will be clearly labeled on your bags. Please collect all meal bags before leaving.

Note: If Monday is a holiday, pick-up will move to Tuesday at all locations.
Meals not picked up by end of day Friday will be donated to the community fridge.

If you won’t be home during your scheduled delivery window, here’s how we handle it based on your location:


  • Please provide clear delivery instructions (e.g., buzzer code or unit number). If our driver cannot access the building, your cooler bag will be left in the main lobby.

  • If delivery to your workplace is not possible, your order will be placed in the nearest designated pick-up fridge, and you’ll receive an email notification.

  • Your order will be left outside your door unless you’ve provided alternate instructions.

All deliveries are handled directly by our FYB drivers. Make sure your contact information is up to date to receive real-time delivery updates.

⚠️ Please Note: Fuel Your Body – Healthy Meal Delivery Inc. does not issue refunds or replacements for orders left unattended. As meals are perishable, it's your responsibility to retrieve them promptly to ensure food safety.

Once you receive your meals, refrigerate them immediately to maintain freshness and food safety. Meals must be kept at a temperature between 2°C and 4°C.

Home Delivery

If you're subscribed to a weekly plan, your meals will be delivered every Monday in a double-lined FYB cooler bag with frozen water bottles or ice packs to maintain proper temperature.

If you're not home, your cooler bag will be left at your door or with your concierge. If your workplace is closed, your order will be redirected to the nearest pick-up fridge and you'll be notified by email.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and any relevant delivery notes are accurate at checkout.

Fuel Your Body is not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

While we don’t offer live GPS tracking at this time, you can refer to your email confirmation for your selected pick-up time or delivery window.

Home delivery takes place every Monday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

You’re welcome to email or call us if you’d like an approximate ETA.

You’ll receive an email notification once your package has been delivered.

Please note: Our drivers will not call on arrival unless access is needed or special instructions were provided.

If you experience any issues with your delivery — such as missing items or incorrect meals — please contact us through our Contact Us page on the same day your order is delivered.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived by dinnertime, follow these steps:

If you haven’t received any updates and your meals are still missing, please email us at info@eatfyb.ca and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

In the event of a winter storm or severe weather, we prioritize the safety of our delivery team and customers.

We continue to deliver on Mondays, including holiday Mondays, unless otherwise stated.

You can pick up your meals anytime during the pick-up location’s opening hours throughout the week. Your meals will be ready starting at the pick-up time and date listed in your confirmation email.

Any meals not picked up by end of day Friday will be donated, and no refunds will be issued.

To avoid missing your meals, please double-check your email confirmation and plan your visit accordingly.

For home delivery or workplace delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with photo proof once your meals have been delivered. The delivery will match the date and estimated timeframe provided in your order confirmation.

For pick-up orders, we do not send a second email when meals are placed in the fridge. Your original confirmation email will clearly list the pick-up location, date, and available times when your meals will be ready.

If you entered incorrect information at checkout, Fuel Your Body – Healthy Meal Delivery Inc. is not responsible for redirecting your order. Your meals will be delivered to — or made available at — the address or pick-up location you selected, and it will be your responsibility to retrieve them.

However, if you notice the error before Thursday at noon, we may be able to update the details with our logistics team. Please contact us immediately at info@eatfyb.ca to request a change.

Weekly Plans

When you subscribe to one of our weekly plans, your meals are automatically billed every Thursday at 12 noon (Atlantic Time). Our system pre-selects meals for you each week, but you can log in and customize your selections from Friday morning until the cutoff on Thursday at noon.

You’ll receive an email reminder every Wednesday with a direct link to your account so you can update or skip meals as needed. Meals are delivered every Monday across PEI and New Brunswick.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your plan anytime before the Thursday cutoff through your customer portal. After this deadline, your order is considered final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our food.

A one-time order is a single purchase with no recurring billing. These orders must be placed before Thursday at noon to be delivered the following Monday.

In contrast, a weekly plan renews automatically and includes ongoing meal deliveries until paused or cancelled. Weekly plan subscribers receive exclusive discounts, early access to menu updates, email reminders, and the flexibility to swap meals each week.

Fuel Your Body offers 8 rotating menus featuring over 148 different meals, designed to support your fitness, lifestyle, and family nutrition goals. Each week, you’ll have access to a curated selection of fresh, ready-to-eat meals crafted for convenience and performance.

All meals are made using halal-certified meats, are gluten-friendly, and the majority are dairy-free. However, because our meals are prepared in facilities that handle multiple ingredients, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace amounts of gluten or dairy. This is clearly outlined on both our product descriptions and meal container lids.

You’ll find detailed ingredient lists, macros, and allergen information on each product page, making it easy to mix and match meals that align with your dietary preferences and health goals.

If you forget to pause or cancel your plan before the Thursday at noon cutoff, your order is considered final and non-refundable. We begin ingredient sourcing and production immediately after the cutoff to ensure freshness and minimize food waste.

To avoid unwanted deliveries, please manage your plan in advance through your account portal. We send a reminder email every Wednesday to help you make changes on time.

If meals are delivered due to a missed pause or cancellation, no refund or replacement will be provided.

Sensitivities

At this time, we do not offer custom meal modifications. However, we provide a wide variety of meal options each week with different proteins, ingredients, and macros. You can mix and match based on your preferences, dietary goals, or sensitivities.

All ingredients and nutritional information are listed online so you can choose what works best for you.

Please note that we do not customize meals for food allergies and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen where cross-contamination is possible. While many of our meals are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame, soy, and shellfish.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for missed pickups, delivery delays, or unclaimed meals. However, in certain situations where a refund is approved before the weekly cut-off time (Thursday at 12 noon)
