🏠 Home Delivery:
Your meals will arrive in a double-lined FYB cooler bag with frozen ice packs.

For weekly subscribers:
• Please place your empty cooler bag and ice packs on the following Monday.
• Ice packs do not need to be frozen.
• We will swap your empties for a fresh bag and new order.

⚠️ If bags begin to accumulate, customers will be contacted. A fee of $9.99 per bag may apply if bags are not returned in a timely manner.

📦 Pick-up Fridge Locations:
Your meals will be labeled with your name and placed in your selected fridge location.

• Please double-check the name on the bag before leaving.
• These locations are fully self-serve.
• Cooler bags and ice packs are not provided at pick-up locations.

♻️ Extra Bags or Bottles?
If you’ve accumulated FYB cooler bags or bottles from home delivery, you can drop them off at any of our pick-up fridge locations.

FYB is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or pick-up location due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Please review your delivery or pick-up details carefully before confirming your order.

🍽 We offer 8 rotating menus featuring over 148 different meals. Meals rotate weekly to keep things fresh and exciting.

💳 Payments are processed automatically every Thursday after your first delivery.

If no changes are made, our system will ship chef picked meals.

📧 The system sends a reminder email 1 day before billing, with a direct login link to manage your plan.

🛠 You can pause, skip, resume, or cancel your weekly plan from your account dashboard at any time before the cut-off.

⚠️ No changes can be made after Thursday at 12 PM.

Do you offer one-time orders?

As of September 5, 2025, we now only offer weekly plans on our website. This change helps us improve inventory control and serve our clients better.

We do not modify ingredients or customize any meals to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions.

To support informed choices, we provide full allergen transparency:

• Allergens are clearly listed beneath each meal description on our website
• Retail meals are labeled with allergens directly on the container lid
• Many meals are naturally gluten-free, but we cannot guarantee they are free from trace allergens due to shared preparation areas

Our meals are produced in a commercial facility that handles common allergens, including but not limited to: nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, and wheat.

🥗 Our meals are prepared fresh and sealed in high-quality containers with a specialized vent designed to help extend freshness.

Storage Guidelines:

• Meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 days or until the expiry date printed on the label
• Refrigerator temperature should be set between 0°C and 4°C (32°F–39°F)
• If you're unable to consume meals in time, they can be frozen for up to 30 days
