Founded by CEO Jay, Fuel Your Body began with a vision to meet the growing demand for high-quality, on-the-go meals in PEI. That vision has expanded to serve more communities across Atlantic Canada, with a focus on chef-prepared, balanced meals that fit a variety of lifestyles and dietary needs.

At Fuel Your Body – Healthy Meal Delivery, we’re passionate about nourishing more than just bodies — we’re committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community. Since 2019, we’ve proudly donated over $250,000 in meals and resources to local charities and organizations across Prince Edward Island.

From providing meals to Health PEI, Blooming House, The Soup Kitchen, food banks, and community fridges, giving back has always been a core part of our mission. We believe that access to nutritious food should be a right, not a privilege — and we’re proud to play a small part in helping those in need across the Island.

As we expand into New Brunswick — including Moncton, Dieppe, Shediac, Riverview, Grande-Digue, and Cap-Pelé — our commitment to community impact grows with us. By sourcing locally and donating surplus meals, we continue to promote healthier living and stronger communities throughout Atlantic Canada.

Fuel Your Body’s Environmental Initiative: Minimizing Food Waste While Promoting Health and Sustainability

Customers place weekly orders ahead of our designated cutoff time, allowing us to plan production with precision.

Each order is reviewed by our chefs, who calculate the exact amounts of ingredients needed — minimizing excess and reducing waste.

Accurate ingredient counts are sent to our trusted suppliers, ensuring we receive only what’s required for each production cycle.

We partner with local suppliers who deliver only the freshest, pre-portioned produce and meats based on actual customer demand.

Meals are prepared according to exact specs and portions, helping us prevent overproduction. Any extra meals are donated to local organizations in need.
